Wesley Yung is the Director of the International Cooperation and Methodology Innovation
Center at Statistics Canada. He holds a PhD in Statistics from Carleton University and has over
30 years experience at Statistics Canada. During this time, Wesley has been involved in many
aspects of statistical methodology and overseeing the delivery of methodology support to
various statistical programs at Statistics Canada. Throughout his career, Wesley has always
promoted the use of rigorous statistical methods in both the collection and analysis of data.
