Gagan has over 18 years of experience leading data and AI services for Fortune 100
clients worldwide and partnering with Big Four consulting firms. He currently leads
WillowTree’s global Data and AI practice — a cross-functional, international team of 500
researchers, data scientists, AI innovators, RPA engineers, software engineers, client
service leads, and growth marketing experts. WillowTree’s Data and AI team partners
with clients to design tailored strategies and deliver high-quality solutions, insights, and
recommendations. Beyond serving clients in data and AI delivery, Gagan’s team builds
partnerships with academic institutions — such as universities in Latin America — to
sponsor groundbreaking AI research through internships and grants.

Gagan is recognized for helping organizations transition from viewing AI as an
aspiration to understanding its full transformational power. He is a customer-focused
and results-driven data, analytics, and AI leader who drives revenue, brand, and
efficiency growth through innovative products. Gagan brings expertise across multiple

He has been a speaker and thought leader at industry and company conferences,
presenting on first-party data, AI and data products, and emerging AI and Gen AI use
cases.

Recently, Gagan led the creation of a GenAI/LLM AdTech/MarTech platform that targets
Fortune 500 clients and boosts media planning efficiency by 30%. He directed AI
solutions, established global data and AI teams, and managed product roadmaps, data
privacy, and analytics — ensuring compliance and ROI optimization for top international
companies across various industries, including retail, automotive, life sciences, media,
CPG, and sports.

Gagan holds a Master’s Degree in AI in Business from Oxford University and a Master’s
Degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University.
