Yongsheng Chen serves as the Lead, Business Intelligence and Data Integration at the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). In this role, he is dedicated to the research and development of AI initiatives and data-driven compliance (DDC) solutions. He also oversees the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise data transformation workflows, analytics pipelines, and business intelligence services.
Yongsheng’s expertise spans AI-powered data integration and application, advanced data processing using Big Data frameworks, cloud-based data architecture and engineering, and business intelligence reporting.
Before stepping into his current leadership role, Yongsheng held positions as Senior Business Intelligence & Data Integration Developer and Senior Data Analyst at AGCO, beginning in 2021.
