Julian Taylor joined the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat within the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer in January 2019.
Julian began his career with the public service at the Department of National Defence, where he worked for over 15 years in the domains of information management and information technology supporting the civilian human resources area. In 2016, he joined the Public Service Commission as manager of a project management group supporting the Public Service Resourcing Systems as well as leading the New Direction in Staffing Interface project. Julian has held various management positions during his time in the federal public service and is currently the Director of Workforce Data & Analytics Services at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat.
