Lee-Anne is the Vice-President of Corporate Business Information and Analytics. With over 20 years of experience in data and analytics she’s been focused on making data more accessible through new and innovative ways – from the launch of tools such as Health & Safety Statistics, Compass and Safety Check. With a strong delivery and client focused mindset Lee-Anne has led the transformation of data and analytics at WSIB in recent years to create a culture where data drives insights and actions, a new analytics delivery model, data governance and data quality program, moving WSIB data to cloud and operationalizing AI and robotic process automation while always focused on building an empowered and inclusive team and culture.
