Sasha is accountable for enabling the Digital Division at OLG with BI, Predictive Modelling and Machine Learning, centered on being player obsessed and revenue focused. In a previous role, Sasha was part of the team that developed a novel approach to recommending media advertisements using machine learning and advanced deep learning algorithms that is being used at multiple retailers across Canada today. Besides her life as a data scientist, she is an avid believer and active contributor in growing her community. Sasha is on the leadership team of Data for Good, ensuring non-profits can harness the combined strength of data do-gooders across the Waterloo region.
